My tenants have my and my wife's personal cell numbers even though we use a property manager...We have always told our tenants that if any issue comes up, they are welcome to call us for any reason (leaky faucet to problems with property management)...I would hope if they are having issues with the Wuhan Flu, they wouldn't hesitate to call before we have to contact them for lack of payment...
