I recently joined pro and I found out that there is no filter to sort out multi-family in "find deals"...

I have been listening to many podcast about real estate, started to somewhat analyze properties nearby but would like the guidance with how to go about analyzing deals.Eric, glad you joined!

I just found one that is 73% below the AVG for the area so there is lot of money to be made on this.I didn't have and don't have the $1000 to join the program and now I am glad I don't.
