A conversation that was scheduled for 30 min turned into a well rounded intelligent conversation on Lease Option, Wholesaling, Subject-to , Jim Rohn, and being a "Transaction Engineer".  

It really is quite easy and has little to do with intelligence.  

Cannot intelligently respond to them as to the status of their application....   

However after listening to many hours of intelligent people on BP i think i made a mistake. maybe i should have leveraged my money better. :( .

In the beginning I was extremely part time due to lack of funding, intelligence and confidence.

We did some matching of calls to spots in multiple markets and developed some intelligence on what shows and what networks generate calls, so we have a really good model for what we want to buy in a market, and that works really well so the single TV campaign tracking number is not really an issue.  

You are intelligent to be thinking toward your future and developing a plan.  

I know I lack a lot in Real Estate's intelligence.

I also need guidance on how to print the Intelligent mailing bar code on the labels..?

I'm more in the camp of intelligently use leverage/mortgages to maximize our investing dollars and she is more in line with using leverage, but smaller leverage and use more investing dollars on a given asset.
