The mastif is 8 yrs old, already gray in the face and basically just lays around all day.Overall otherwise great candidates with income (3x rent), credit scores (over 600) and past rental history (8 years at last place). 3 questions:1) would you rent to them and allow the dog?

My go-to colors are SW Agreeable Gray or Worldly Gray.

It's a gray area, not as easy as it is in the US but doable, you just have to know the right way to do it.

The answer lies in the gray area in my opinion. 

I just personally don't like white wallsKitchen painting the cabinets a light gray would enhance the look in my opinion, with new hardware...low costKitchen, what kind of countertops would you suggest?
