If you can save money and renovate and the ARV allows you to pull your intial capital out sooner, I say go for it!

As far as SingleKey actually paying out on claims for tenant non-payment up to 12 months, property damages up to $10k reimbursed, covering 30 days of vacant property losses and helping out with tenant evictions up to $2k (as advertised), curious if anyone on here can attest to SingleKey actually paying out on these claims successfully.

I don’t have any legal advice, but maybe some helpful perspective.When we return security deposits, we write the check to all tenants on the lease, such as “Tenant A or Tenant B”.

Would love to hear any tips & info that would help me get started!
