Account Closed 5 should be enough because:1) Most DIY landlords don't follow privacy laws and will give you feedback on the phone.2) You can weed out a decent amount of applicants due to low income, lack of job history, etc.

I read through a long thread from several years ago about Neal Bawa and GC but didn't see anyone giving feedback on a project that had sold to completion. 

You don't want to disclose that you've conducted an extensive personal investigation into her situation, especially if you’ve gathered information not directly from the application process.

I've received numerous different feedback but would like a direct answer to make sure I understand how the process goes in transferring a RE license and Broker license to another state. 

This is AMAZING feedback and insight @Erik Browning I don't love the idea of STRs.

I found one in Nashville, IN that I think makes a lot of sense and would love to hear feedback on the analysis.
