It is a great way to do an Open House for your foreign or distance investors/buyers. 

Typical resolution plans include:  Consolidated financial information;  Description of the corporate entity;  Description of principal business lines;  Description of foreign operations;  Identity of vendors key to the firm’s operations;  Identity of principal officers;  Description of material management information systems; and  Outline of a recommended plan, with descriptions of potential purchasers of either servicing rights, bulk transfers, or the company outright.

Life there is just a little cheaper than most countries, and in the future im planning to move there and live my life to the fullest.but im little scared to start out, im hoping to find a good landlord soon so he can manage the properties when i buy one, becouse till im goin to live there its around 1200km drive..so im basically hoping you guys could give me some advise on how to sucsessfully invest in a foreign country, buy frome RE bureaus, contract, etc etc etc...  

Can someone explain the FTB withholding for foreign owners in California?

I like to keep tabs on the developers out here, especially the ones that have worked with foreigners in the past.

I know lenders that do Foreign National deals but honestly I don't know what their cash out policies are.

Are there loans for foreign investors out there? 

We now need something of a "prospectus" to give to some investors that I know (live in foreign country).
