But like any business, ideas evolve and you pivot, and before you know it you realize your product is much better suited for one particular audience over another.

To progress ,elevate,evolve and rise to a Gain a new Mind set a new you a more improved ,refined,stronger,proficient version of your self and are you willing to make the Decision to start and stay committed every second to achieve all the goals,points on your checklist,short and long term and when do you think is the best time... for me its NOW ! 

Still evolving through real estate, now lending private hard money and doing commercial deals.  

I'd recommend listening to every podcast you can, it's really helped me evolve in my plans and helped me understand different facets to better understand what will help me get started, where I want to be going, and other options I might want to explore as I go along this journey.

My question is does anyone know if Evolve or Turnkey who will manage (in different ways) short term rentals do the same for extended stay?

Other companies I know of and have talked to are Evolve and Vacasa.

@Michael Doherty I think it's a great question and just thinking about it I see how I've evolved over the years.Initially I was very excited to share what I was doing in real estate, not to brag, but to inspire other people but I found most people acknowledged ithat it was a great idea and that they should do something similar but they never did.After a while I found that discouraging and I more or less kept it to myself unless asked.A couple years ago I went out to dinner with one of my new staff members from my day job and in the process of talking about ourselves it came up.

I would really appreciate some ideas as to what I should be thinking about as this deal evolves.

Real estate investing evolves an awful lot of management skills and knowledge so no, I would not say your education in the management field would be a waste of time although project management might be more in line with real estate.
