I’ve been waiting for the truth to come out as I don’t believe at all the mail with tracking just disappeared from her locked mail box.

I will be moving out of the country for work and won't be back until 2026 so we only have a "local" market for the immediate future and then we are locked in to "out of state" investing. 

We are nearing 50 years old and have kids that'll be going to college in 5-10 years, so it's hard to commit to a 30 year plan that locks up funds without having someone to help crunch the numbers for us.

But make sure the gun is locked away before terminating the lease..I mean who  knows?

Ha, unfortunately, we are locked into that date with the venue!  

@Nick Graziose  I have not used these lock but if they have the autorelock feature I have found that to be draining on other lock types.

His target market is rural lock and leave  or areas were its hard to get GC and such because of rural location..

All I'm aware of is a yale lock or something and the PM does the rest like restocking nick nacks and what not.

This is not the same as a conventional loan where estimates are many pages, sent before day three, resent when you lock, and again before closing to protect a consumer who probably only does a mortgage loan a couple times in their life.Hard money and business purpose loans send an email term sheet which generally tells you the rate and points which can change after the appraisal and details become real.
