Hey Denis,I would say that term is pretty good considering its over 20 to 25 years! 

There are areas where you can't deny family moving in, even if they're not on the lease to begin with. 

We've successfuly lended on many homes that banks have previously denied.

Even if you are legally due the EM they can deny and tie up in court and although you might eventually prevail you will waste a lot of time and money.
