Which I don't agree with, but that is what it sounds like is going on.If you haven't already asked, I would ask them why there is a $100 fee and when they make their BS up as to why I would take them to task and I bet they cave and email them to you for free.Also, are you sure they even had signed leases if you never saw them?

@Irina Belkofer - I agree with you that if you ask a lawyer if you need any legal service, title company if you need extra title coverage, insurance company if you are insured enough you are likely to get the answer more convenient for them.I also agree that if you know what you are doing, and know the risks and how to mitigate them, then you know what you are getting into and should not cave to fear.

I have 2 situations here and would be delighted to have input on these:1.

The majority of them want to bring their own furniture, although one tenant moving from halfway across the country was delighted to have it furnished and it's what actually sold her on signing the lease.

Anyone that can overcome all of that and not cave under the pressure.

Don’t stress about it, worse case scenario your insurance company caves and they settle.

The high winds caved in sides of metal warehouses about 10,000+ sq. ft.
