I started hearing about BP from colleagues and from cruising around the internet, and after listening to some podcasts, I got excited about the idea of building wealth through rental properties! 

When you have a destination (goal) in mind, the first point on the map you must know is where you are beginning.

Walton Beach/Destin/Pensacola area to be exact, and also multi units closer to home.

One major advantage to living in such a transient, tourist-popular destination is the money I have made through AirBnB and other vacation rental sites.

The home is a 4 bd 2.5ba 3500sqft on a golf course near Destin FL.

No attack on retail from the internet when you have DESTINATION type tenants. 

Charleston was voted one of the top vacation destinations in the world but what those not familiar with it don't know is that it is becoming a manufacturing hub and has been called the next silicon valley because of all the local IT companies.  

People who sit around waiting for another raise, and when they get it, they start dreaming of what they can buy (literally ran a study the day after raises were announced and you would be amazed how many monitors had new cars, new houses, new purses, new computers, new toys on them...everyone wanted to blow the money they just got before even recieveing it)Everyone has a different "financial problem" although the problem is simple, they all spend too much money on un needed stuffAll of these people are Destined to be W-2 workers the rest of their lives, because they car they drive is a direct necessity to their overall imageThe moral of the (probably poorly told) story is, if you want to be an investor, then you have to think like one.
