Talk about fast wealth creation!

Would this be entering the world of note creation and selling?

I understand that every state is different when it comes to entity creation so I want to create the entity in the state that will offer me inexpensive renewal rates and will protect my business from outsiders. thank you ahead of time.

If you find someone good please let me know.If you have more specialized needs I can refer a good eviction attorney, entity creation guy, estate planning, bankruptcy (of tenants, not your own), etc.

For me it's all been trial and error, finding good attorneys that have experience in M&A type stuff but are willing to talk to (In my case) smaller guys looking for hopeful creations of this stuff.

As I prepare getting married next year and consider long term wealth creation, I naturally started paying more attention to real estate as an investment tool. 

If we're doing data fusion for real and using it to drive systems, that's a bad way to go about it.All in all, I really think Podio is just a WYSIWYG-esque database creation tool.

In my experience, LLC creation makes investment sense if you have somewhere between $250k - $500k+ of current equity to protect.

Also very much regionalized.. some region's have not come back and may never as populations change employment changed etc etc.. others are just steaming right ahead with job creation.
