I don't mind vacancy for now anyway since I need to renovate some things in Unit B too plus the mortgage payment was higher than my previous apartment rents.I know that coronavirus related items are that eviction is withheld until December if it's related to COVID but I'm not renewing Unit A's lease anymore so I don't think there's a reason for a CDC exemption.Thanks

Not to mention coronavirus has forced extended anti-eviction laws until at least April here in California so a rent increase most likely wouldnt come until the pandemic is over.

@Fan Bi everything you've written matches what I'm seeing.However I'm still not sure what's going to happen at the end of this month, and am not as confident that more stimulus is a foregone conclusion; a CNN article today said there's a long way to go before Congress agrees on another coronavirus stimulus package.My personal opinion is that we are still near the top of this cycle.
