Sell Side is starting to communicate more after being offended by the "Black and White" slap of reality one Partner gave.

Jobs seemed to be made by professionals as removed walls contaminated with black mold and gave them the right treatments, but nobody knows who it was, no one knows where the cabinets go and all the stuff inside the property like dishwasher refrigerator etc.

These are opinions since there is nothing in black and white.

note: front door trim and black hand rails are to be painted, new gutters, flashing to be fixed, new garage door going in, landscaping, new driveway

Another suggestion you could try black shutters, or window frames with a either a black door or red door (red is eye-catching but some people are sensitive to strong colors and a red door might be a turn off) then you would have a classic black and white or classic black, white and red look.
