Upon review, we found that in addition to the credit issues that were pointed out, the application has multiple points of non-approval including, but not limited to:-Eviction History:PINELLAS COUNTY CIRCUIT COURTFLcase number02011-07-20FORCIBLE ENTRY/DETAINERapplicantLEE COUNTY CIRCUIT COURTFLcase number02011-05-03FORCIBLE ENTRY/DETAINERapplicant-Criminal History: - Offense Description: FELONY BATT OR DOMESTIC BATT BY STRANGULATION Arrest Date: 2011-12-23 -Offense Description: DRUG EQUIP - POSSESS AND OR USE Arrest Date: 2011-12-24Based on these findings, we will not be able to approve APPLICANTS application and he will not be allowed to be added to the lease and move in to the property.

I suppose you wont get arrested.. but the offending real estate agent/broker at least in our MLS system OR WA is subject to a 20k fine and expulsion.. keep in mind no one wants crooks or thieves having access to the private showing remarks etc. 

None of the people arrested are on my lease.  

The CEO has been twice convicted of DUI and was arrested in September 2008 for 3rd DUI.

What works best is when the municipality makes official notice to the landlord that someone has been arrested for drug dealing/use on their property.

I suppose, in an area, you could run through mortality tables, accident stats, divorce stats, arrest stats, law suits by population, etc. but really, it's not worth the brain damage.

This gives the foundation repair company a step ahead for whoever buys the home...lol. they should arrest me for lying then.

They may have frozen his assets but not "arrested" him to my knowledge.

When I confronted him he took off running and I chased him and eventually tackled him and called the police who came and arrested him for stealing a satellite radio.

If they get arrested again, they go back in the registry.
