Hey Eddie - my point in context with the OP's question is this....Question: Is finding a GREAT realtor one of the 4 keys to success in being a real estate investor. My response is no - finding 1 great realotr has not been one of my keys to success and I have yet to find one investor say - one of the keys to my biz is a realtor. My broader point is my success has come from working with MANY realtors - not one great one.
