Hello, Got myself in a deal and I want to brainstorm all my options.I recently picked up a nice 4 br, 3 ba 3,200 SF home from a sheriff sale for $161,000. 

I haven't actually pulled the trigger on anything just yet because I am at a sort of a brainstorming phase trying to align myself with the best route to take.

I'm pretty sure there's not really a way to do that, I was more just thinking out loud, maybe brainstorm a few other ideas. 

I don't know that I have any particular genius insights that you haven't already thought of, but I love talking about this stuff, so if you ever want to just brainstorm with someone over coffee or a beer, I'm happy to meet up. a quick side note: if anyone gives you advice specific to your individual situation on here, they're probably either inexperienced or trying to sell you something.

Budget is my major concern as I’m brainstorming ways to cover cost as mentioned reaching out to insurance first and take it from there.
