@Will Barnard I’m not sure what you mean I bolded the parts where it explicitly talks about acquiring purchase and sales agreements with the intent of reselling to the public as a principle or in an agent role.

This is part of my email signature that attempts to warn my clients about them (the top line is in bold/red):"IMPORTANT NOTICE: NEVER trust wiring instructions sent via email.

That is a bold and incorrect statement as you cant possibly know all realtors or have dealt with them all in this manner.

How someone can so boldly occupy a residence without regard for the legal owner. 

(I added the bold). 

If you want something a little softer go for a handwritten letter or postcard rather than the big bold I BUY HOUSES postcard, and see how that works out.
