Burner caps are the small metal disks the flame shoots around and you'd expect them to be cheap but I usually have to shell out $30 EACH, which sucks if all 4 are missing.  

Keep a list of the serial numbers of all tools and/or inscribe your name on them with a metal solder gun and a list of the serial numbers.

You can opt for wooden and metal fencing, depending on the choice of style that you want to put.

I usually don't have extra sheet rock laying around, so I go to Home Depot or any hardware store and by a metal mesh patch. 

I want to buy a metal or scrap yard. 

The only thing I am hesitant about is that across the street, there is a property with a weird construction: a garage with a huge (metal) roof, which could be visually disturbing for some people.

At first she was puzzled then went on to tell me that she showed them the comps and that the property was worth well over $115,000 so they were not overpaying and that this house met all their “have to haves” and some of their “want to haves” in a home.

I wound up going with same bank as my tenant uses; the banK met all my needs.  

Metals such as copper and lead from the pipes, fittings, solder, etc. can leach into the water over time and it would be best to purge it all.
