In my opinion, with your strong analytical background (as well as a stable job w/ base and bonuses I'm assuming), I don't feel you'll need to do any 'grunt work' for a more experienced investor to get your foot in the door.

While commercial seems to be more analytical and statistical with large investment companies, the residential options allow me to go on site with buyers one-on-one.

@Eli Jackson not necessary, I think your analytics is more important.  once all your numbers make sense then you can figure out a name for your LLC and complete it
