I attended a 3 day workshop with Than Merrill's Fortune Builders to get the ball rolling.I would like to focus on wholesaling and rehabbing residential properties.My 10 year goal is to own a few apartment buildings and have residual income.I am at the point now where i do not know what to do next.

Yes it is big money each time, but I am fine with building slowly and developing residual income that I can rely on even if I dont work tomorrow, or for a week/month/year/etc.
