I study constantly and in no way think that this will be a substitute for an education in real estate, but I want to know if anyone knows about any autobiographies or biographies written about or by billionaire or ultra-millionaire to be able to read and see how they think about real estate and what things they consider.

I admit that I am shy and I would hate to boast about buying a few units when these people have hundreds of units, lol.These are all things that are under my control and I need to work on.

Couple this with the fact that Alberta is still considered a "have" province and is paying $19 billion/year in equalization payments to places like Quebec, who boasted a budget surplus and doesn't generally give its support to oilsands projects, and Alberta families are paying hundreds of dollars more per year for an empty "carbon tax", it feels to most here that the rest of Canada likes to kick Alberta when we're down. 

I received the call as soon as the meter reader saw the ultra-high usage and got the issue fixed as soon as I could.I just got off the phone with the utility company and the best they can do is break the additional costs into 4 payments.

It varies by asset type, air rights, density zoning laws, and parking ratios required.Some developers are ultra conservative with size of building and still see if numbers work.
