Mortgage for 15 yrs or 30 yrs?

Hi,

I have a primary residence which is paid off and i have a rental property with 20% down payment. Me and my wife are partners in our trust. So both of our properties were mortgaged at 15 yrs fixed and it worked so far, my partner does not want to pile up loan and feels that we should go with 15 yr fixed for our next rental property. However, i feel that its better to go for 30 yr fixed since we get some cash flow from the property and we can reinvest these cash flows to buy more properties later down the line. What are your thoughts?
