There is an issue with disconnecting calendars from time to time (mostly booking.com), but they have a very attentive helpline and product team who are constantly making updates with it.

This one is not important or good if you don’t take care of your properties but I update all of my units AND want my tenants to take car of the unit so a yearly inspection with the Sec 8 Inspection is great for me.

If appraisal is done on this one, and it came in over list price, ask the agents to update your contract to get up to 2% of the sales price towards closing costs without changing agent commissions.

The CEO doesnt get mired in the details and work the front line, they set strategy and get updates to ensure the company works along that strategy.I also disagree with your view on property managers.
