Being excited, I texted the homeowner asking if she had gotten any information back and if everything was a go to move in Friday.

There is one this Friday in Milpitas that is great.

This month's meeting was postponed until next week on the 18th because we have a guest speaker, John mccants will be teaching a three day workshop on buying houses at foreclosure auctions starting Thursday February 18th at 6:30 p.m. until about 9 p.m. then on Friday we will be going to the foreclosure auctions at the Spokane courthouse that will run from about 8 am until noon, then the final day is Saturday from 9 a.m. until noon.

Anyway we gotta chat more about this next friday!

For my closing last Friday, the title company sent me a note, asking for buyer funds to be wired the day before, since we were closing at 8 am.

We looked at several properties, but they were getting snapped up the same day they came on the market, or they were being marketed with an offer presentation date (read: bidding war set-up), and I'm not a fan of my clients getting into bidding wars.A week ago, a new property came out on MLS on a Friday, with no offer presentation date (the Seller would consider offers at any time).
