Our next buy-and-hold properties will, more than likely, be out of state.Our plan is to acquire around 10 to 20 properties over the next 5 years and then using the next 5 years to pay them off, swap out the bad apples, etc.

I do have locks with interchangeable cylinders, so at turnover time, I just swap the cylinders, rather than the whole lock.If the property is far from where you live, this next idea may not work for you.

@Chris Magma You can use Fiverr.com to buy a list, also you can find someone there to build a list for you, networking with Wholesalers and swapping one list for another, FB Investor Groups, and building relationships at local Meetups.

Another thing I'm struggling with is the two bedroom closets, Should I keep them as they are or swap the doors so the main bedroom door is for the closet closest to the perimeter wall?
