The closet is also not very big.

On that type of house I'd be more worried about closet space in the master and seeing if I could get another bath somewhere- and seeing if I could get that kitchen laid out with a small pantry cabinet.

And look, it doesn’t even have a closet.

Reminds me of my friend's place, it had a extra bedroom with no closet, what they did was, they made the living room smaller.
