As for how to charge the damage waiver fee on Vrbo/Airbnb we have to use one of their labels: On Vrbo it is an "Administration" fee and on Airbnb it is a "Management" fee.

That seems like a weird one but call your plan administrator and they will tell you all the terms and conditions for taking out a loan.
