I am not too sure where to post this but here it goes.My mother was recently laid off from her job of 37 years.  

The purchase includes 7 separate, single family homes on 4.2 acres of land: (1) 3 bedroom unit collecting $800/mo, (2) 2 bedroom units collecting $600/mo, and (5) 1 bedroom units collecting $450/mo. There

Except I bought a single family and rented out the two spare bedrooms with Airbnb to travel nurses.

I now have a one year old daughter and I’m looking to change her life in much greater ways and keep building on the legacy my mother is leaving behind!

It works more times than not because often times those ladies just want to see another wife/mother in action, making it work, and enjoying it.

There was a time when a traveling nurse wanted a 7 am check in (after her shift), and a late check out, 6pm  (before her second shift) and wanted to book one night.

If I build an ADU will my property taxes go up.My mother is disabled and needs a structure that is convenient for her. 

A master bedroom, 2 additional bedrooms, small room which we considered the nursery as it is situated off the master bedroom, and a full sized bathroom.The first floor was made into an apartment for my mother as she wanted to be secured from the roomers.

My mother developed small cell lung cancer in 2016 and I took care of her until she passed April 2017.
