People like to go there and enjoy environment... specially millennials....

I'm just going to sound old, and say  I think it's a millennial thing, where everyone shares everything, everything can be found on the internet, and the thought of paying for something you can get for free by asking, is absurd! 

Millennials can be "busy" so snagging their attention can be a challenge.

Michael, I have no idea how old you are, but the advice you are providing on tax-deferred vehicles is poor for millennials.

It found through it's survey's and percentage of homes bought by generation, that the Millennials are some of the best renters in the Cities for the following reasons:1. 

They are planning to start a real estate brokerage focused on the millennial home buyer.

Yeah the millennials are creating another physical RE boom in those mostly downtown pockets.

Jay, I tend to think that millennials (and technically I am one, but only by a hair) are split down the middle.

Research has said that millennials will need much more than a million in the bank by the time they retire given inflation and life expectancy increases or they'll be broke before they pass.

Coming from the tech world, I'm familiar with tools like SFTP, SSH and know there have been a few on the Google Docs and Dropbox side that have offered the ability setup a secure drop box in the past, but all appear short lived and I'd rather not send millennial rental applicants back through faxing paystubs and/or other sensitive information to me over insecure email or text messages.
