On the dryer, for safety reasons, please ensure that the ground strap is attached from the frame of the dryer to the neutral terminal where the white wire from the 3-wire dryer cord is attached.

That is simply not going to get it done for this boot strap operation, so I went with the books over giving some guy with bad reviews my money.

They make 100% rubber soundproofing mats for stone tiles that are 40mil.
