List Of Closing Costs (Texas)
I was reading over a presentation script that breaks down all the closing costs for the potential seller. A few of the items listed I'm not sure apply to Texas, such as transfer tax, water heater strapping etc.
Can someone provide me a list of all closing costs involved in Texas for the purpose of putting together a presentation to a seller?
