Trust the #'s don't massage the #sDo you put your own offers on the HUD properties or are you using another Broker?

I'm a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), working with clients 1:1 to address their health and performance goals through customized nutritional planning and support.

From cancelling rent to providing free massages every week to off set the stresses of being a tenant.

It's not just leaky toilets, but stuff like giving relationship therapy to tenants who are boyfriend and girlfriend so that they don't break up, causing one of them to break their lease, etc. 

I guess this is where the 50% rule can give a quick reality check and that ends up about $145 cash flow, but the low cost of entry gives it some credibility.As it stands this looks to be a mediocre deal that needs massaging to make it a worthwhile deal.

BP should definitely create a therapy group because I equally fall into that trap with some of our Chicago renovations...I went to a property to do a quick walkthrough check and then somehow I end up with a broom in my hand cleaning because messy job sites are my pet peeve.  

@Bryce Richardson I am a therapist who still practices therapy and I am also a real estate investor.  

I have some data massaging skills and programming skills so I am thinking to utilize that into our REI biz and make it more scalable..I have not started anything yet but if I found anything, I will post here and share to the group.
