I was prepared to have a telephone/video conference/ in person (6ft!)

This year (2020) I attended The Best Ever Conference in Keystone, CO, which is an excellent event that Joe Fairless host's every year.

I've seen several cases where a lender or bank stopped offering a product, but their website still says it does, and I have to show the borrower a news article where they held a press conference (or whatever) announcing that they no longer offer it. 

We can only hope for a big change in leadership, that the city declare bankruptcy and cede its political power to the county and state, some kind of large federal spending program targeting poor areas or some kind of combination.

I have a conference call on zoom set up tomorrow to discuss.

His conference is one of the best conferences I have attended in terms of actionable steps.
