I am only making changes to the interior and adding new windows and doors.Does $25K - $30K in permits and fees sound correct for an ADU in a coastal area?

.- Seems to be absent of any major internal issues.

And there's a ton of social media influencers pushing this fake narrative - rented cars, houses, jet interiors to take pictures/videos etc - some of them are pretty good at making it look real.

It is a 24,000sf structure with the ability to add an additional 6,000sf of interior space through a currently unused portion of the building. 

We replaced the old roof as part of the project and had the interior walls primed (with Kilz) and painted. 

Has anyone self-managed their properties from an international location that would be willing to share their learnings with me?

There is a similar home about 15min closer to amenities doing 61K, at 79% occupancy and $211 a night but with no outdoor amenities or interior design. 

I plan to move forward repainting the entire interior.
