By not providing financing you are missing out on a golden opportunity to make a killing.

You can easily go above that as well.There are several posts on here about the "Golden number" which is where people get away from their w2.

You need to familiarize yourself with this Federal law.As Tenants, E-5 and above have proven to be almost universally "Golden". E
