@Femi Ibrahim You should get a real estate attorney on the case NOW.If there was misrepresentation and/or negligence, you might have a case to sue the company, the real estate agent or possibly some other parties. 

For the most part, I deal with a broker that underwrites 40-50 companies, so we have choices and I can make a decision then

I can say that managing remotely is a challenge for many, I don't really know what value a person could bring trying to perform management services remotely for a third party. 

What if all 3 of those identified replacement properties sell to other interested parties during the 180 day closing period and we never get any under contract?

Once a list of email contacts of interested people is formed, the marketer will want to email monthly newsletters or the like and or intermittent “offers” to convert the interested parties into customers or clients or sources. 

As to who is on the title, if you have three separate parties, this gets tricky and needs to be negotiated.

Of course if laws were broken IE allowing non accredits in that should not have been.. allowing unlicensed 3rd parties to raise money etc etc.. those are separate issues as well.

For years I've taught the importance of 3rd party reviews on a site, great about pages, using story in your content, using real images that build trust etc...

A JV agreement and a promissory note outline the terms and responsibilities clearly, ensuring that both parties understand their obligations.
