Depending on the codes you may have to install tie downs (that might be included in your set up fee from the mover).

Like @JDMartin said, You can replace the enclosure by cutting that out in pieces and then installing a new iron tub and tiling the wall surround.

So, they will need to remove insulation to access all joists/floor boards.We agreed Dehumidifier to be installed to prevent the issue from reoccurring.I already have vapor barrier installed.Crawl Space Ninja stated that the fiberglass blanket insulation between the joists in my crawlspace can remain removed post remediation.

Hi @Kevin Kim, your post did not mention if you asked the powers that be (lol) if you could keep the one pole, and simply have them install a separate meter for each building.On multi-family property, we have installed multi-meter boxes with external disconnects as per the electrical code in PA.  

If installed in areas of high foundation movement you will have possible buckling and separation.

All that said...if you're not confident you can get at least 1.5x your LT rents as an MTR, I think I might go with long term but skip the management company and DIY.
