In terms of  recommendations, Crown Management has been recommended in the local NJ REIA groups.

I ran it up the way up to the ceiling in the shower, and then put crown molding around the whole bathroom.

Each market will have their positives and negatives and there will be no single market that can be crowned the golden egg.

like others said, fix up the fence, paint the deck (you can do it yourself); put crown molding up in the home; stainless steel appliances would've been nice and not that much more $. got some of that colored paint cement and paint the frontway/stoop. someone can reseal the asphalt driveway for $50-$100. tile the bathtub; change the closet knobs. have you called the agents who have walked thru for feedback?

The previous home owner  painted the crown molding and window trimming dark gloomy colors.This is the AFTER picture.

Especially if I hate what I'm doing degreed or not...While attempting to figure it out, I have since, demolished and build my deck, installed crown molding, installed carpets, refinished my kitchen cabinets, remodeled my bathroom, installed my irrigation system, built two window seats, installed windows, build a kitchen island, and designed and built a day bed out of a bunk bed...I had no clue on how to do any of those things, I got books, watched videos, and asked a lot of questions...
