If you find your current carrier can not handle, there are other options out there.The insurance industry is slowly changing their insurance forms to reflect the Airbnb effect, but it will still be a few years.

I'm looking for a good national insurance carrier that can cover mixed properties (SFRs and multi-families) in multiple states.  

Does anyone know of any carriers that will insure a home in GA with asbestos siding? 

Most of my carriers only care if there is no heat or a wood stove as primary heating source. 

Depending on who the underlying carrier is I can usually get my clients anywhere from 13 to 16 times the annual rent in an easement sale scenario. 

It is very possible, if you don't have the right policy, for the carrier to deny any claim.  

Is there a carrier beam with support posts underneath this first level floor which aligns with this wall.
