States like NY, CA, NJ, CT, MD, and a few others are states that do not offer a great REI profit if you’re looking to be on a budget.Regardless of budget it still makes more sense to spend less to make the same cash flow.

This seems to be true whether it's CA, TX, AZ or OH - IN or GA.Apparently wholesaling isn't as easy as everybody thinks and are willing to pay big bucks to "learn".Obviously the decline has hit the information provider's customer base that they sell information to, and hurt their bottom line.

Perhaps they overlooked it - and I hope won’t try to cover for it (which, if the record shows the form went to them, they should come clean to you about.)I can’t imagine that this is different from CA, where each party is supposed to serve the other with documents they file with the court - they can’t just say “Surpruse!”
