Look it up.I love the California weather and the water and we just got back from Leguna Beach (which we frequent) along with Newport Beach and Santa Barbara. 

I was born and raised in a small town called Santa Barbara.

We rent in Santa Barbara, like many others that have posted it’s an area that is just so highly priced that it makes more sense for us to invest out of state and rent here. 

I think @Barbara Riley may be referring to homepath loans but I am not sure.

My accountant suggested that I purchase properties in the Midwest to eventually pay for my mortgage in Santa Barbara.
