Mr. Bartlett has been invested in residential real estate since 1997. He managed the profitable renovation of both multi-family and single-family properties. Mr. Bartlett has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Business Journal and on Fox Business. He also speaks at national conferences regarding profitable ways to reposition “flip” single family homes. Mr. Bartlett holds a BA from the University of California, Santa Barbara in Business-Economics and Political Science where he was a member of the Senior Honors Seminar in Economics, and an MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management.
