I see a lot of young people now sharply questioning why they should expect to worship at the holy temple of the great and might god MOPM (Making Other People Money) their whole life in order to be "professionally fulfilled," when they're surrounded by broke, unhappy people desperately trying to pretend they're affluent.I think it's become impossible to go to a college fair anywhere, see how much money a traditional four-year teritary education costs, and not wonder if it's a scam, not question the whole mess.I hope to be part of the change I believe is coming.

I'm no worshiper but the plan I am using is written by Bigger Pocket's own Brandon Turner and he states you only need 20k for this plan while saving 10k from their own personal income each year after. 

I never want to look around during a worship service and imagine dollar signs over the heads of each member of the congregation.Not to mention how I'd handle a conflict with the church who didn't like the amount of rent, the noise from the furnace, the noisy tenant upstairs.  

It's very easy to get discouraged when you are being told by people that need your business that you should worship them.
