I think it is amazing what we are capable of once we have a dream and the will power to fulfill that dream. 

WILLPOWER, PATIENCE, and CONTROL will lead to the most success.Yes, I speak from experience.

I've learned that there is no obstacle that can't be overcome with the right amount of grit and willpower.

But in a way I was grateful (initially) for the circumstance as I knew thought that it would force me to try my hand at hiring out work.As back story - I've grown our real estate portfolio historically through shear will power and sweat equity, completing all of the work myself.

As my favorite derelict who used to hang around my old warehouse from the neighborhood used to say, “What had happened was was”……contractor turned out to be an incompetent, window-licking muppet, largest tenant moved out, rent declined for 2 months, my part time help all got hired away, and because I had the stupid idea that it would be easier to get all the work done myself and then go chill, I promptly burned myself out.This was accomplished by not much other than sheer willpower, and the lack of ability to delegate, implement systems, and the small fact that with 3 tenant suites added on top of my semi-ambitious-yet-I-Think-I-Can-make-it-work construction budget, my wallet became a small furry doe-eyed creature dropped into a pit of vipers.

Does this couple have a will, living will, power of attorney, trust or other "elder care" documents expressing this couple's medical directives, their wishes if one or both pass on or become "hospice bound"?

“You know you don’t have the (fill in the blank: education, experience, brains, willpower, etc.) to pull it off.”

With the willpower you possess, you shall pass this fear and it will never scare you again.I used to be scared of calling on the phone.

Otherwise our minds would just turn into magnets of negativity and if our willpower is not strong enough at the moment depending on our current situations we would eventually cave in and accept the conditions that others have set for us.
