Stop hanging out with your deadbeat buddies who spend all day drinking, talking sports, and otherwise wasting away.

If not, you're likely wasting your time.

"Chasing" after a tenant is not good business and will waste a ton of your time.

Booking.com leaves Airbnb in the dust in my area.It’s been a few years but I found it to be a total waste of time.

I have personally sold many properties where sellers needed to off-load a bad deal after buying unrepresented from a turnkey company.

You will be sick, go crazy and not get it all done and your time will be wasted. 

Before I wasted time on any of that I would do nothing.

So I am posting hoping for any further advice or recommendations that could help me avoid pitfalls or avoid wasting time.
