Just create the GL codes for it and book it against them.If Yardi Voyager decides to just sell their accounting module, I would take that over any other platform.

The main software for 98% of the real estate firms uses Yardi Voyager.

My personal favorites are Yardi Voyager 7s and AppFolio. 

In technical matters sometimes the detailed uphill battle of just getting the inquirer to the point where they can start to grasp the matter is a journey that doesn't make sense to voyage sometimes.  

I used Yardi Enterprise (old software -outdated), Yardi Voyager 6-7S, and Yardi Genesis.

The voyage began then.When you don't take a personal interest for a tad more self induced workload, you invite others to tell you your passion.

Yardi Voyager is a big player.I love Yardi Voyager.I currently use AppFolio and Buildium.
