Lumber market has me on hold at the moment, but when that returns to a somewhat "normal" level I plan on getting back to this project.

Instead, they were  desperate to unload the property and accepted my offer.I manage 200 storage units and know the market well enough to understand what the net income should be if properly managed.

Obviously trying to unload these properties and generate interest at a lower list price.

Customers will always prefer to drive up and unload versus buggy in and up an elevator and down a hallway.4. 

multiple investment classes: non-commercial residential, commercial residential, self storage, MHP, industrial, office, merchant space, glamping and traditional camping, hotels/motels, raw land, lumber sales, mineral rights, etc.Your view is not enough opportunities, my view is there are too many to learn and understand.  

If I mark up materials 30% thats probably what they would pay at Home Depot or the lumber yard , They will probably pay more  , and pay for delivery . 

I consider myself to be very empathetic and believe I could help solve problems to people needing to unload properties quickly.Would also “drive for dollars” by biking and running but only in my local neighborhood here in Northeast LA.

If that is the case, then the mortgage company likely got paid out by HUD and they're not in a rush to unload it. 

Lumber started to come back down and sure enough in a matter of 2 days went up a solid buck, that's alot of money considering the amount of lumber going into a new build.
