Obviously the property we have renting for $1725 would  still cash flow but not by a lot and it makes me uneasy considering we are used to flowing t. 

I wanted to ask the BP community about mortgages, as I feel uneasy about this step in the process. 

The fact that you're even making a post indicates there is enough uneasiness with the situation that you're not sure about "their" data vs having your own.

I think it's best to have an LLC if you're going to hold tenants, but the vast majority of what I see people requesting on BP is a lawyer to set up limited liability organizations because they're underinsured against major losses or they have uneasy partnerships. 

Not terrible but I feel uneasy with large sums in the bank.

@Emily Mauch - Times are unsteady right now, and I have a few clients who are excited to try to strike now and in the near future as sellers get even more uneasy. 

I am real estate licensed and check the sales on mls daily..I just can’t help but feel uneasy because 4-5 years ago, I could have bought 2 of these for the same price... just hoping the uptick in prices continues I guess 😔
